Parks and public realm are a core part of FMDL's cultural practice. We design landscape as architecture — paving, planting, grading, water, sculpture and night-lighting are coordinated from concept stage, not added at the end.
Recent civic and public-realm work includes the processional landscape and contemplation courts of the Crematorium at Swargdwar in Joda (Odisha), the campus landscape of the Hyderabad Municipal Office, the rocket plaza and dusk lawns of the Science Museum at Lower Indra Canal, and the riverfront landscape of the Vishnu Mandir in Bhagalpur.
